Greg Norman Lists Florida Home for $60M

The golf legend Greg Norman is swinging for a sale of his longtime estate on the exclusive Jupiter Island.

He and his wife, the hospitality design expert Kirsten “Kiki” Norman, who have owned the property since 1991, have decided to list the home onto the market for a hefty $59.9 million. The compound, located at 382 S. Beach Road on Jupiter Island, is equipped with 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and six half bathrooms. It also includes two pools, two wine cellars and a dock that can accommodate a yacht.

The couple originally purchased the property almost three decades ago for $5 million. Since the acquisition, Norman rebuilt the entire property including a main house, a pool house and a beach house.

Jupiter has roughly 900 residents, many of whom grace the world’s top golfers list including, World No. 1 Dustin Johnson. World No. 3 Justin Thomas. No. 6 Rory McIlroy. No. 13 Brooks Koepka and World No. 14 Daniel Berger to name a few. Then you have legends like Tiger Woods, Phil Mickleson, Rickie Fowler, Luke Donald, or Ernie Els. Plus there’s the slate of Hall of Famers, which includes Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and Nick Price. Jupiter is, quite literally, the golf capital of the world.

Jill Hertzberg, of Coldwell Banker Realty’s The Jills Zeder Group, and Michelle Thomson, of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Thomson Team, are representing the sellers.
